It is a Tanzania registered consultancy Company since 2022, providing consultation in Mineral Exploration and Mining. The Head Office is based in Mwanza, Tanzania, and it works throughout the country. BEMC is an emerging Tanzania-based consultancy company that provides quality Exploration and Mining Solutions consultations promptly.

Mission
To provide/manage Quality Consultancy in the Mineral exploration and Mining sector for different minerals within and over Tanzania. Monitoring projects from grassroots to Mining through safety, technical, financial, social, and community aspects.

OUR TECHNICAL TEAM
- Experienced Senior Geologists (over 19 years) in both Exploration and Mining in different minerals, Gold, REE, Uranium, and base metals.
- Experienced Senior Mine Engineers in both Open Pit and Underground.
- Experienced Resources Geologists.
- Experienced Surveyors on both Surface, Open Pit and Underground.
At BEMC we pride ourselves on our team of experienced Personnel who have been in the industry for more than fifteen years. Our team has worked in various Regions of Tanzania and abroad, and this has made them more understanding and experienced with different geological characteristics.
SAFETY FIRST
At BEMC we believe in safety as a Priority whenever any task is to be taken. We encourage Personal Safety and that of fellow workers believing that if anyone is responsible then we will all be safe.
We ensure proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) gears are used at all times during working sessions. Frequent safety meetings are held on a daily basis to remind our team of safety importance.
